The ASEAN Federation of Cardiology (AFC) is now accepting nominations for the Fellowship of AFC (FAsCC) 2026.
The convocation ceremony will be held on October 16, 2026, during the 30th ASEAN Federation of Cardiology Congress at The Empire Brunei in Brunei Darussalam, hosted by the Brunei Cardiac Society.
Requirements:
- Completed AFC Fellowship application form and indicate gown size
- Updated curriculum vitae
- Recent passport-sized photo
- One signed reference from a Fellow of FAsCC
To receive the Fellowship, nominees must:
- Register as delegates for AFCC 2026 at https://themeetinglab.eventsair.com/afcc-2026/
- Pay USD 250 via the PHA
